And in my case that means I've got to heed the advice of those whose counsel I trust. Quite an amazing team is helping me capitalize on my strengths and overcome my weaknesses, and for the last month or so the message from my mentors, my accountability partner and my mastermind group has been uniform and unanimous: Focus in on your passions, define your message and take action.

And that's just what I'm doing. I've spent quite a bit of time over the last few weeks reviewing my workshops and speeches, my marketing material, my products and everything else I use with an eye towards whether they define, capture and support my central message:
